STUDIO 259 – Terry Halliday Productions – Rehearsal & Recording

In the early 90’s Terry and his wife purchased Studio259, the green room rehearsal studio in Manly Vale. Countless bands rehearsed and recorded at 259, most all of them becoming mates with Terry due to his unforgettable sense of humor and generosity. Almost 20 years later, in 2011, Terry turned the lights out at ‘The Green Room” for the last time. During this time Terry produced, recorded, mentored and supported many artists and young bands, with many having gone on to enjoy success both locally and internationally and Terry celebrated this successes with much excitement. Eighteen months later Terry opened his new business Terry Halliday Productions just around the corner.  Offering a multipurpose performance and rehearsal studio and teaching space on The Northern Beaches of Sydney. Just two years later Terry and his partner Brooke saw the opportunity to further expand and built their new teaching rooms and rehearsal and recording studios in Brookvale. Since Terry’s passing, Brooke and their sons have keep the music rocking at the Brookvale studios and welcome all old and new friends to come down and make some noise.
